The Secret Space Program and Breakaway Civilization

Is there a secret space program that is connected in some way to UFOs? In this booklet, historian Richard Dolan delves into this question, one of the most discussed in ufology today. But this program is not a simple extension of the normal operations of the U.S. government or military, much less of NASA.
